Anyone who missed the data collection warnings also probably missed all the other warnings of using prerelease software, such as “If you think BIOS is a new plant-based fuel, then Technical Preview isn't for you”. Microsoft usually releases a more stable Consumer Preview and, even nearer to release, a Release Preview later in the cycle that end-users can try.
