Door Spiff: Aan topicstarter, Anoniem 13:19 uur, Heb je al wel geprobeerd contact op te nemen met Kaspersky Ondersteuning? Ik weet niet zeker of Kaspersky Ondersteuning ook nog Nederlandstalig wordt aangeboden. Hier niet meer: http://support.kaspersky.com/ Maar hier nog wel, zo lijkt het: http://www.kaspersky.com/nl/homeuser-supportja heb ik gedaan hun advies is upgraden naar 2014 . hoe kan ik dit doen: wat hier onder staat ? It seems like I might have solved the problem. I reinstalled Kaspersky 2014 and ran the GSI as suggested and it mentioned the Cryptographic Services not loading. Now, I usually only run the service when doing Windows Update and I never had a problem in Kaspersky 2013 until last week. But I started the Cryptographic Service and then the virus scanning option in the context menu showed up again. I did my Windows updates and it seems to be working now without the Cryptographic Services being on. However, maybe I just got lucky. Not sure if that feature is dependent on the Cryptographic ...
