NetSecure Software is planning to increase the number of its personnel by
150%

Paris 25th April 2000 - NetSecure Software, a security software developer
for online services, plans to triple its staff by the end of the year.
After recruiting 20 people in 1999, NetSecure Software is continuing its
ambitious recruitment plan by hiring 40 new staff during the year 2000.
"The rapid growth in staff is linked to the international development of
the company's activities" explains Eric Guillerm, Managing Director of
NetSecure Software. "Present already in France, Canada and Spain, this
year we are opening offices in England, Italy and Germany, in response to
continuing growth in our activities" adds Eric Guillerm.
Of the 40 new staff planned, 10 will join the Ile-de-France, 20 North
America and the others will be divided between England, Germany and Italy.

The 40 new employees will be composed as follows:

- 9 pre-sales security consultants with 3 years experience

- 9 security engineers (JAVA, C++, Security, IHM, Firewall, NT Unix,
TCP IP)

- 10 developers (JAVA, C++, Security, TCP IP)

- 10 experienced sales personnel.

In addition to these positions, NetSecure Software is also planning to
recruit:

- 1 Vice President of Marketing USA

- 1 Senior Financial Director with experience in floating software
development companies on the stock exchange (IPO for ISV).

The personnel recruited all come from a Security background and speak
fluent English.
